What is the typical lead time for installation?
Most playscapes can be installed within 2 – 4 weeks. There are some exceptions and weather must also be factored in.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer rent-to-own and special financing through Wells Fargo upon credit approval. Click here to learn more and apply for Wells Fargo financing on line. Rent-to-own requires no credit check or approval process.
Can the playscapes be modified to fit my child’s needs and interests?
Yes. Most sets are highly customizable. Components and configuration can be customized to fit your needs. Design services are complimentary as part of our estimating and sales process.
What if I think my yard may be too small or too sloped for a playscape? Should I measure it?
We offer site checks in some cases to ensure a good fit for your yard and a design that fits your needs. It is helpful to measure your yard before beginning the process of purchasing a playscape. This will save time and help our associates serve you better.
Do you offer mulch and border?
Yes. We offer two types of border and two types of mulch. You can choose from double-stacked wood border or a stone look plastic border and Kiddie Cushion or rubber mulch. The plastic border and rubber mulch come in multiple colors and the double-stacked wood border can be painted or stained to match your backyard aesthetic.
What happens after I decide on the playscape that I want to purchase?
To order your set and get on the install schedule, we require 50% down with the remainder due at install. If you are financing your set, a minimum payment is usually due at time of purchase. We offer discounts for cash/check purchases and purchases paid in full upfront. When your order arrives at our work yard, you will be contacted to schedule an installation that suits your schedule.
Do I need to be present during installation?
No. As long as our install crew has access to your yard and placement instructions, there is no need for you to be there.
Are there any hidden or extra charges that I need to be aware of?
All of our products are priced before tax. An 8.25% sales tax will be added to the sub-total. Installation is included in the price within 50 miles of our two Austin locations. Additional delivery charges are calculated for installations outside of the 50 mile allowance and vary based on mileage. Also, our install crew uses leveling blocks during installation to ensure a level and stable set. These blocks are priced at $10 and $15 and are billed with your remaining balance upon completion of installation.
Do you do playscape moves and refurbishments?
Yes. We offer these services to all TBS customers. Prices vary based on several factors including distance and overall condition of your set.
Who do I contact for warranty work?
TBS services all warranty work for its customers. Simply call one of our offices and speak to an associate for assistance.
