Refund & Cancellation Policy – Texas Backyard Structures

At Texas Backyard Structures, we value every customer and strive to ensure satisfaction with each purchase. We also recognize that circumstances may arise requiring an order change or cancellation. To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following policy:
Order Changes and Cancellations: Customers may change or cancel their order within five (5) business days of purchase without penalty.

Cancellations After Five (5) Business Days: If a cancellation request is received after the initial 5-business-day window, the order may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the purchase subtotal. This fee helps offset administrative expenses and costs incurred in preparing, processing, and scheduling your order.

Processing of Refunds: In the event a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund processing typically occurs within 7–10 business days from the date the cancellation is approved.

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping, delivery, or installation charges (if applicable) are not refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.
